Behind the story with Sabelo Wiseman Dlamini,
CEO & Founder, Dreamcelsius Group
Sabelo
Wiseman Dlamini was born in the town of Ladysmith ( eMnambithi district) in the
KwaZulu-Natal region of South Africa in May 27, 1991, where his mother is
sewing machine operator in the local industries and his father is a car
mechanic.
Education
Sabelo
received his primary education at Buhlebezwe primary school and he completed
his secondary education at Qophindlela Secondary School Ezakheni. After
finishing his high school studies Sabelo continued with his University
education at University of Johannesburg where he studied bachelor of arts
majoring in development studies, psychology and taking Sociology as a minor
study.
University
of Johannesburg is famous for its good education. Notable alumni of the
university include entrepreneur Zibusiso Mkhwanazi and Adam Habib. During his
time at University of Johannesburg Sabelo learned to communicate, solve
problems and to think critically and analytically. He made many friends in and
out of Auckland Park Campus with peers analyzing and making sense of the
society and behavior.
These
are some other things he learned:
-
Culture of the society and the lifestyle
-
The ability to think critically and to convey ideas clearly with more emphasis
on skills
In
the 2015 Sabelo started to question the status quo on the way business is done
in South Africa. He thought more could be done by fellow men and women of this
country to alleviate unemployment and poverty. He then started to focus and
prioritize what he wanted to gain from his education and experience. After
Graduation in 2014, the following year Sabelo and partners started Dreamcelsius
Group (DCG). He became the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Currently,
Dreamcelsius Group has investments in Agriculture, Office Supplier, Trading,
Multi-media, Cleaning Services and Security Services. His vision with the Group
is to improve welfare and quality of life for all
South African’s living in poverty. Change lives-hearts and minds of the people
through alternative innovative solutions that work and make a dramatic impact
in the development and economic growth of South Africa.

Model and why?
The world is full of people who are doing
great things some of whom I have never met, but I read an article or two about
them. However, when it comes to business I am inspired by a respected deal
maker Bidvest Group CEO Brian Jeoffe, for me he stands out, in one interview
when he was asked on ‘’what would he say to encourage all those who want to be
like him? he answered “I would not encourage
anyone to be like me”. He went on to
encouraged people to find their own way of doing things. This is the
affirmation that businesses should guide individuals to find their future
without trying to be some else rather achieve based on what they decide.
